About the event
After an introduction to the benefits, origins and endless flavours of fermentation, we will be picking herbs and wild edible plants from our permaculture garden to create a lovely summer lacto-fermented jar which you will be taking home!
This is an entry level workshop for adults, no prior experience is needed.
Bring your own jar if you can, otherwise, it will be provided.
