Our next meeting of chefs and food industry professionals takes place on October 2nd. We turn our attention to organics and their role in the UK food industry, the benefits and challenges of using organic produce.
Throughout the morning, there will be a series of structured debates and discussions on the topic of organics, followed by a light lunch, served by Chef Arthur Potts-Dawson.
