This one-day workshop at Omved Gardens will be led by Lawrence Leason from Hackney Bread Kitchen, with lunch provided by Chef Arthur. You’ll get hands-on experience mixing, kneading and shaping your own dough, have a chance to stroll in the beautiful gardens to pick herbs for your lunchtime focaccia, try out other fermented food from kimchi to kombucha and beyond, and go home with a bag full of the loaves you’ve made during the day, along with all the equipment you need to bake great sourdough in your own home.
Price includes breakfast morning rolls, lunch & sourdough bread-making kit.
