Visit the gardens this weekend!

This weekend London Open Gardens will be celebrating 25 years of unique public access to over 100 secret or usually-closed special gardens, and OmVed Gardens will be part of the programme.

Our opening is also part of Highgate Festival and Grow Urban Festival London which both kick off this weekend too and have an exciting programme of events running up to June 16, including a Garden Treasure Hunt for 6-12 year olds at OmVed on Sunday 9th and an Eco-Fair on Saturday 15th featuring stalls and activities from local activists and organisations fighting for climate action, which will count with the presence of our ecologist Kiran Lee.

What to expect at OmVed Gardens?

OmVed Gardens will be open for visits from 10am to 5pm during Saturday 8 and Sunday 9 and offer hourly tours of the gardens.

To celebrate gardens worldwide, the glasshouse will also feature the display Global Gardens showing a breadth of the work of the World Food Programme supporting school gardens and home-grown meals across the globe.

Saturday 8: 10:30am, 11:30am and 12:30pm with Vicky Chown 2, 3 and 4pm with Lyson Marchessault

Sunday 9: 10:30am, 11:30am and 12:30pm with Tejas Rawal
