Our kitchen is zero-waste, with all water recycled and treated on site. We work with local and seasonal plant-based ingredients, and take much of our produce from the gardens.
Our background is in the food supply chain and we are committed to advocating and facilitating sustainable food practices.
Earth loving
Drawing on our fund of experience of honing and employing sustainable principles in our food and social enterprises, the Omved Gardens team seeks to make good the site organically and natively. The team is reusing material already on site enhancing and upcycling its embedded qualities. Sustainable principles will inform the use of energy, water and materials.
