Assisting 86.7 million people in around 83 countries each year, the World Food Programme (WFP) is the leading humanitarian organization saving lives and changing lives, delivering food assistance in emergencies and working with communities to improve nutrition and build resilience.
In alignment with our approach to food, The World Food Programme regularly launches initiatives at OmVed Gardens, using the space for advocacy, events and knowledge-sharing.

One of these initiatives is Chef’s Table, a series of events co-hosted with the World Food Programme where we explore pressing topics regarding food with the participation of professionals from around the world. We often turn these events into campaigns, co-creating films to explore a given subject.

In 2020, the WFP was awarded with the Nobel Peace Prize.
