Grow your own Microgreens

If you’re keen to get growing again, why not try microgreens.

These little seedlings are hyperlocal and packed full of nutrients, ready to be picked and added to your favourite dishes.

You can also make your own macramé hanger for them - all you need is string!

Watch this video to see Vicky do it or follow her simple stemps:

  1. Grab 35 metres of string

  2. Cut different lengths of string 2M, 2.5M and 3 metres. You’ll need 4 of each length.

  3. Gather your strings and tie a looped knot at the top - repeat for each size.

  4. Tie knots in the strings and repeat

  5. Carefully place your bowl inside and repeat the steps for reach layer.
