Chef Jo March has an easy and delicious recipe for you to try at home. Sauce Gribiche is super simple to make and is a great accompaniment to sauteed vegetables - especially asparagus! Gribiche is a classic french sauce which is packed full of protein and flavour.
1️ - Combine 1 tsp dijon mustard, 1 tsp vinegar and emulsify with olive oil
2️ - Mix chopped capers, cornichon, tarragon, and add two hard boiled egg which you can crush with a fork
3️ - Sautee your asparagus, assemble with the gribiche, season well et voila!
